Hi, I’m Maggie.
I’m a certified health and nutrition coach, a Pilates instructor and a personal trainer.
I began my own journey much later in life, even though I have familial roots that draw me to fitness. Despite this, I hadn’t incorporated it into my life until far later into my adulthood.
